Via Christi Clinic, PA Patient Accounts Call Center, provides patients with a single point of contact for all billing questions. To contact patient accounts call 1-800-231-0436 or (316) 689-9135 during our business hours (8 am to 5 pm) and one of our Patient Account representatives will assist you with your questions.

The Patient Accounts department will be happy to assist you with the following:

• Understanding your billing statement
• Establishing a payment plan for a billing statement
• Making a payment on a billing statement
• Updating or changing the insurance we have on file for you

Financial arrangements

Prior to seeking treatment with Via Christi Clinic, PA we suggest you discuss coverage with your employer and/or private insurance carrier in order to confirm coverage and to determine if your insurance is accepted by Via Christi Clinic, PA.  Please note that you are responsible for all charges not paid by insurance.  Via Christi Clinic, PA accepts personal checks and most major credit cards (Via Christi Clinic Clinicare Card, Discover, Visa, & MasterCard). If you are unable to pay your balance due at one time, Via Christi Clinic, PA will set up a payment plan for you. Contact the Patient Accounts department at 1-800-231-0436 for more details.

Provider-based or Ambulatory Surgical Center outpatient billing

Via Christi Clinic, PA is an integrated healthcare delivery system that provides laboratory, radiology, ambulatory surgical and physician-office based services, throughout our 11 convenient locations in Wichita and the surrounding areas.  Billing for all locations and services are reflected on one convenient statement.
